Position title: Graphic Designer Team Lead

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Description

Key Duties

  • Help the team plan the content being made

  • Push the team to be more efficient using better workflows and automation

  • Organize the team to focus on what they are each best at

  • Set clear workflows and checklists when we have new processes

  • Explore new content areas and experiment with the technical team

  • Make sure only high quality content gets published

  • Design incentives for the content team to push their performance

  • Train new team mates in new technologies and processes  

  • Share production metrics with Operations Manager

  • Push to improve production metrics

  • Create and send incentive amounts to operations manager

Required Skills

  • +2 years of related experience leading a Graphic Design team

  • At least 5 years of graphic design background

  • Very strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Strong knowledge of Color Management, Briefs and Responsive Design

  • Have experience in managing teams of 5 or more designers

  • Have experience in project or workflow management

Great to Have Skills

  • Advanced level of English

  • Any background in math or programming
