What are we looking for?

A person who will work closely with the People Management Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment and practice, policy and procedures to meet our company’s current and future recruitment needs.

What would I work on specifically?

The Talent Acquisition Manager will  work closely with the recruiters to manage and create strategies for our sourcing and screening processes. This is a key position that will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire the right candidates for the right positions. The main goal will be to always meet clients' needs by finding candidates that match our organizational culture and open job positions.

What general skills do I need to perform well in this position?

  • Understanding of selection methods and techniques.

  • Proficiency in the use of evaluation tools and techniques.

  • Proficiency in the use of job boards.

  • Proficiency in the use of reports and databases.

What technical skills do I need to perform well in this position?

  • 3 years experience in a Talent Acquisition Management position with 3+ direct reports.

  • 2+ years experience in top profiles headhunting.

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.

How’s the work/life balance there?

The HR area are here between 9am to 6pm although some come earlier and leave a bit earlier. Some days they stay later and some days they leave earlier.

We generally keep an “adult policy” over these things. The idea is that you’re responsible and we’re not going to babysit you. We don’t really focus on the hours you spend in the office. Our focus is mostly on how efficient you are.

We’re flexible for people that want to start work earlier and leave earlier as well.

Can I work remotely?
We’re generally not considering remote workers at this point. We ideally want you to be here in our GDL office.

Will you pay for my relocation?

Do you guys help with my paperwork if I’m not a Mexican citizen?


What language do you guys use inside the office?

We tend to go between Spanish and English quite a bit but if you only speak English, that’s ok too.

The salary range for this position would be between $ 40,000-45,000 MXN Gross.
